Our latest housemate bonding moment was a project- making homemade rice paper rolls of the variety one can order at a Vietnamese restaurant. Thinly slice a variety of veggies. We used red cabbage, carrots, red pepper, onion, and avocado.
Chop some fresh mint
Quickly dip a piece of rice paper in water
place a few slices of each veggie in the center of the paper.
Roll, folding up the ends.
Serve with Sweet Chili sauce
